Ken received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree at Pennsylvania State University, University Park. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York and New Jersey. His PA registration number is 032049 - E.

Ken has been an active member of the Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and currently serves on the following Committees:
