David earned his Bachelor's degree at Villanova University in 1984 and his Master's degree at Drexel University in 1989.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. 

Dave was employed as Career Development Engineer at Stone & Webster Engineering from 1984 - 1985.  He began at High Concrete Structures, Inc. in 1985, working as an engineer for his first year.  From 1985 - 1989, he was a project engineer, and was promoted to his current title of senior engineer in 1989. 

Dave also lectures at Penn State University, teaching a review course for the Professional Engineer Exam.

He enjoys coaching youth soccer and watching the Philadelphia Flyers.  Dave resides in Ephrata, PA with his wife, Lynn, and sons, Benjamin and Eric.
