Completed May 2002

This eight story office building consists of 169 column covers (5200 sq. ft.) and 244 snow white spandrel panels (43,000 sq. ft.).  Step downs along with sun screening eyebrows accented the corner bays.  Floor to floor height L shaped column covers cleaned up the corners and helped to minimize casting returns on the spandrels.
