  Same as "Basic" program, but also includes:
  - Pourstrip sealing
  - Caulk warranty enforcement

• MEGA: available on most new or to-be-built High-produced structures
  Same as "Plus" program, but also includes:
  - Repair of cracks and spalls not caused by external impact
